\n\tThese general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) form the basis of commercial negotiation and are systematically sent or given to each buyer to enable them to make their reservation.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tThe general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company Terre et Source Provence SAS and its client in the context of the tourist booking of one of the g\u00eetes put into operation by the company Terre et Source Provence SAS. \n<\/p>\n

\n\tAny acceptance of the reservation, including the clause "I acknowledge having read and I accept the general terms and conditions of sale attached hereto", implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\n\t\t Price :\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tThe rental prices for the furnished tourist accommodation are those in effect on the day of the client's arrival. They are quoted in euros, and the tourist tax is calculated at the time of booking. Consequently, they will be increased by the applicable VAT rate and transportation costs on the date of the order.\n<\/p>\n

\n\tTerre et Source Provence SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, it undertakes to charge for reservations at the price indicated at the time of booking.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\n\t\t Discount:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tNo discount will be given for early payment.\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\n\t\t Payment methods:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n

\n\tPayment for tourist reservations is made:\n<\/p>\n

    \n\t
  • \n\t\teither by bank card; ;\n\t<\/li>\n\t
  • \n\t\teither by bank transfer to the account opened in the company's name \n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n\tPayments will be made under the following conditions:\n<\/p>\n

    \n\tFull payment is required at the time of booking and the booking will be effective upon receipt of full payment. \n<\/p>\n

    \n\tCancellation and refund conditions: \n<\/p>\n

      \n\t
    • \n\t\tIf the cancellation takes place more than 60 days before the booking date, a full refund will be given. \n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
        \n\t
      • \n\t\tIf the cancellation takes place less than 60 days before the booking date, no refund will be given.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        \n\t\n\t\t Force majeure:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n

        \n\tTerre et Source Provence SAS shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations under these terms and conditions of sale if such failure or delay is due to force majeure. For the purposes of this clause, force majeure shall mean any external, unforeseeable, and irresistible event as defined in Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.\n<\/p>\n

        \n\t\n\t\t Competent court:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n

        \n\tAny dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be subject to French law.\n<\/p>\n

        \n\tToute acceptation de la r\u00e9servation en ce compris la clause \u00ab Je reconnais avoir pris connaissance et j'accepte les conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente ci-annex\u00e9es \u00bb implique l'adh\u00e9sion sans r\u00e9serve de l'acheteur aux pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente.\n<\/p>\n

        \n\t\n\t\t Prix\u00a0:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n

        \n\tLes prix de la location du meubl\u00e9 touristique sont ceux en vigueur au jour de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du client dans les lieux. Ils sont libell\u00e9s en euros et la taxe de s\u00e9jours est calcul\u00e9es au moment de la r\u00e9servation. Par voie de cons\u00e9quence, ils seront major\u00e9s du taux de TVA et des frais de transport applicables au jour de la commande.\n<\/p>\n

        \n\tLa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Terre et Source Provence SAS s'accorde le droit de modifier ses tarifs \u00e0 tout moment. Toutefois, elle s'engage \u00e0 facturer les r\u00e9servations au prix indiqu\u00e9 lors de l'enregistrement de la r\u00e9servation..\n<\/p>\n

        \n\t\n\t\t Escompte\u00a0:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n

        \n\tAucun escompte ne sera consenti en cas de paiement anticip\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n

        \n\t\n\t\t Modalit\u00e9s de paiement\u00a0:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h3>\n

        \n\tLe r\u00e8glement des r\u00e9servations touristiques s'effectue :\n<\/p>\n

          \n\t
        • \n\t\tsoit par carte bancaire ;\n\t<\/li>\n\t
        • \n\t\tsoit par virement bancaire sur le compte ouvert au nom de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \n\tLes r\u00e8glements seront effectu\u00e9s aux conditions suivantes :\n<\/p>\n

          \n\tPaiement int\u00e9gral au moment de la r\u00e9servation et celle-ci sera effective d\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception du paiement complet de la r\u00e9servation.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

          \n\tConditions d\u2019annulation et de remboursement\u00a0:\u00a0\n<\/p>\n

            \n\t
          • \n\t\tSi l\u2019annulation a lieu plus de 80 jours avant la date de r\u00e9servation, remboursement int\u00e9gral.\u00a0\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n\t
            • \n\t\tSi l\u2019annulation a lieu entre 80 et 60 jours avant la date de r\u00e9servation, remboursement \u00e0 50 %.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n\t
              • \n\t\tSi l\u2019annulation a lieu moins de 60 jours avant la date de r\u00e9servation, aucun remboursement.\n\t<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                \n\t\n\t\t Force majeure\u00a0:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n

                \n\tLa responsabilit\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Terre et Source Provence SAS ne pourra pas \u00eatre mise en oeuvre si la non-ex\u00e9cution ou le retard dans l'ex\u00e9cution de l'une de ses obligations d\u00e9crites dans les pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente d\u00e9coule d'un cas de force majeure. \u00c0 ce titre, la force majeure s'entend de tout \u00e9v\u00e9nement ext\u00e9rieur, impr\u00e9visible et irr\u00e9sistible au sens de l'article 1148 du Code civil.\n<\/p>\n

                \n\t\n\t\t Tribunal comp\u00e9tent\u00a0:\n\t<\/strong>\n<\/h2>\n

                \n\tTout litige relatif \u00e0 l'interpr\u00e9tation et \u00e0 l'ex\u00e9cution des pr\u00e9sentes conditions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de vente est soumis au droit fran\u00e7ais.\n<\/p>\n
